Job summary

Howden is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to shape strategic marketing and communications for Financial Institutions and Directors & Officers. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into high-impact activities and build compelling value propositions that elevate market presence.

You will lead a two-person team, guiding them with energy and focus while coordinating with the wider international marketing network to drive growth and strong client

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the marketing strategy for FI and D&O in close partnership with business leadership.
• Partner with senior stakeholders as a strategic marketing adviser, translating priorities into high-impact activity.
• Create compelling value propositions and market-facing communications that bring the practices to life.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, events, PR and content marketing.
• Craft engaging internal and external communications with a strong brand voice.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of two marketing professionals.
