White & Case in London is seeking a Specialist, Marketing & BD Operations to support the Marketing & Business Development function. You will drive operational delivery, quality, and efficiency across core M&BD domains, coordinating London coordinators and partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will apply specialist knowledge of M&BD methodologies to improve processes, develop training materials, and help deliver strategic initiatives that elevate client targeting, CRM data quality, pitches,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or professional accreditation.
• Strong experience in Marketing & BD Operations or related operational discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to support, coach or supervise junior colleagues.
• Knowledge of CRM data quality, reporting and client-targeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and evaluation of M&BD operational projects.
• Coordinate London Co-ordinator team, ensure workflow quality and training.
• Lead pitches, proposals and credentials processes with quality standards.
• Maintain CRM data quality and support client targeting and reporting.
• Develop training materials and process documentation for consistency.
