Job summary

White & Case is seeking a Specialist, Business Development – Industry Groups in London to support Industry Group BD initiatives and client development. You will coordinate research, materials, and communications to help position our industry-focused services and drive client engagement.

The role collaborates with BD Managers, Senior Managers, and Associate Directors, contributing to market insight, pitches, and RFPs, while maintaining BD tools and processes in a fast-paced professional services

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant and in-depth business development experience in a professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional certification is an advantage.
• Experience supporting business development, marketing, research, or client programs within professional services.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize information into practical outputs.
• Clear written and verbal communication; high attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Industry Group business development initiatives, including client outreach programs and engagement activity.
• Assist with preparation of background materials, briefing notes, and analysis to support Industry Group strategy.
• Help maintain Industry Group pipelines, trackers, and reporting tools with Managers and Marketing Operations.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support development of credentials, experience lists, and marketing collateral; assist with thought leadership and proposals.
