White & Case is seeking a Senior Coordinator in Marketing & BD Operations in London to support the end-to-end processes of client pitches, proposals and credentials. You will coordinate cross-functional activities across Marketing, Research, Events and Finance to ensure timely delivery and data accuracy.

The role focuses on fact-finding, market analysis, and continuous improvement of M&BD workflows, with mentoring of junior staff and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Interest in Business Development, marketing or professional-services operations.
• Comprehensive practical understanding of M&BD processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance on standard Business Development matters, processes and activities.
• Conduct fact-finding, research and analysis to support decision-making on client, sector and market matters.
• Support pitches, proposals and credentials processes with timely delivery and high quality materials.
• Maintain and update client lists, databases and records of client interactions for planning and reporting.
• Coordinate events, client meetings and follow-up activities to drive client cultivation.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support training across pitch, proposal and credentials processes.
• Prepare legal-directory submissions and award entries with accurate tracking logs.
