Job summary

White & Case LLP in London seeks a Specialist in Marketing & BD Operations to enable the team to operate efficiently at scale. You will provide high-quality operational and analytical support across core M&BD domains, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and adherence to firm standards.

You will lead the London Co-ordinator team, drive process improvements, and mentor junior colleagues while developing stakeholder relationships to support strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Specialist-level knowledge in Marketing and Business Development Operations.
• Experience in M&BD areas such as client cultivation, CRM, pitch support and market analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support across core M&BD domains to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead or support the London Coordinators team, including workflow and training.
• Plan and drive process improvements, system enhancements and new ways of working.
• Support client targeting, CRM data quality and reporting for strategic planning.
• Coordinate pitches, proposals and credentials with deadlines and templates.
• Contribute to rankings, awards submissions and brand positioning efforts.
• Produce management reports, dashboards and governance documentation.
