White & Case is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Marketing & BD Operations in London. The role supports the MBD team, enabling efficient delivery of client pitches, proposals and capability statements, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate activities across client research, directories, awards submissions and knowledge management, while mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring timely delivery of BD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Relevant professional certification or qualification is advantageous and the individual may be working towards a relevant qualification where appropriate.
