Job summary

The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in the United Kingdom invites seasoned manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leaders to join as Senior Manager (Senior Advisor) - Business & Supply Chain Transformation. You'll drive multi-site transformation programmes across aerospace, automotive and advanced manufacturing, delivering measurable business impact and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or transformation leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing or supply chain transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence from shop floor to executive level.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience managing change, leading teams, and coaching others.
• Strong problem-solving and CI methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, or PPS.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
