Qualifications

• Previous experience in operational transformation within a manufacturing organisation.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes and ability to transform business operating systems.
• Proven experience in leading and driving change initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational processes vs Group manufacturing standards to identify improvement areas.
• Analyse change initiatives' impact and develop communication materials.
• Lead operational transformation initiatives and design a vision and roadmap.
• Engage Operations organisation at all levels to ensure commitment to transition plans.
• Provide guidance in implementing process improvements and best practices.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
