Job summary

MOPO is seeking a finance professional to support UK operations from its Sheffield head office. The role focuses on accurate financial control and timely reporting for a growing mission-driven operation.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, close monthly/quarterly periods, prepare partner reports, oversee expenses, update the ERP with transactions, and help govern fixed assets and inventory from UK Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables; ensure bills are paid on time and payments are recorded.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly financial closings across the group for accurate, timely statements.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports for partners with insights into performance.
• Manage employee expenses and prepayment cards; reimburse claims promptly.
• Update ERP with bank, supplier, and client transactions to keep records current.
• Support subsidiary finance teams and respond to ad hoc requests; help improve processes.
• Manage fixed assets and inventory movements; UK Sheffield head office.
