Job summary

Qualifications

• Managing Accounts Payable and Receivables process end-to-end
• Coordinating monthly and quarterly financial closings across the group
• Preparing quarterly financial reports for business partners
• Updating ERP with bank, supplier, and client transactions
• Overseeing subsidiary finance teams and improving processes
• Managing Fixed Assets and Inventory movements

Responsibilities

• Make sure suppliers are paid within the required timeline
• Be able to complete grant reports with all supporting documentation within the agreed timeframe
• Make sure bank transactions are regularly processed and up to date
• Be able to complete quarterly checks in a timely manner to ensure accurate data for the reports
• Make sure staff expenses through prepayment card, cash or personal card are dealt with timely and accurately accounted for in accounting software
• Deal in a timely manner with subsidiary finance team requests
• To ensure accurate recording of Fixed Assets and treatment of inventory
