Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or finance administration.
• Ability to deliver clear financial reports for management.
• Comfortable speaking with customers regarding outstanding invoices.

Responsibilities

• Yearly budgeting and forecasting.
• Monthly profit and loss accounts.
• Project cost reports and KPI monitoring.
• Chase retentions and outstanding payments.
• Weekly supplier and subcontract payment runs.
• Invoice reconciliation and credit control.
• Prepare year end accounts and VAT information.
