DrPA Secure is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will maintain financial records, support management reporting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations in a growing healthcare service environment.

This role covers budgeting, forecasting, payroll processing, audits, and the enhancement of financial systems and controls. You will work independently with multiple priorities and contribute to efficiency improvements.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a finance, management accounting or accounting role.
• Experience preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Familiarity with financial software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Produce accurate, timely management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor spend against budget and investigate variances.
• Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and information.
• Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations, including tax filings, VAT and payroll.
• Process monthly payroll, including deductions, pensions and statutory payments, and resolve payroll queries with employees and external providers.
• Help develop and maintain financial systems and processes.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and deliver cost savings.
• Contribute to finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
