Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior commercial experience in M&E/building services.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and installations.
• Proven track record delivering high-value construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of M&E projects from pre-construction to final account.
• Develop and implement commercial strategy across multiple projects.
• Oversee procurement of subcontractors and major supply chain packages.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure contract administration, risk management and governance.
