Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced head of M&A to help train our latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This flexible role is fully remote with 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Compensation is $100/hour, with a strong emphasis on producing board and executive materials for live transactions. Candidates should have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company, excellent PowerPoint craftsmanship, and outstanding written communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (board decks, deal memos, and integration planning).
• Produce communications for live transactions including target screening and pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with AI/finance teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of materials.
