Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy managers for a flexible, remote engagement to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role requires 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a large company, plus a track record of CEO- and board-level materials and top-tier PowerPoint craftsmanship.

We expect 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $80/hour, fully remote, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a significant company (ex-MBB/Big 4 a plus).
• Track record of producing CEO- and board-level strategy materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (annual strategy decks, market landscape presentations, growth initiatives, competitive intelligence briefings, CEO- and board-level strategy materials, OKR/portfolio reviews).
