Job summary

Loom Talent partners with a growing logistics business to recruit a Customer Solutions Manager in South East England. The role centres on developing strategic customer relationships, improving operational performance and delivering commercially viable solutions that create value for customers and the business.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, lead reviews, analyze performance data and develop tailored warehousing and distribution proposals to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic customer relationships within a B2B setting.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate insights into action.
• Experience developing customer-focused solutions and commercial proposals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
• Lead regular customer review meetings and present performance insights and recommendations.
• Analyse sales, demand, inventory and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, planning and stock management processes.
• Review account profitability and support the development of commercially beneficial solutions.
• Develop and present proposals across warehousing, distribution and value-added services.
• Create pricing models, business cases and customer-specific commercial arrangements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Support operational and commercial continuous improvement initiatives.
