Job summary

Hawkstone, a British drinks brand, is hiring a Logistics Manager to own the day-to-day running of the logistics operation. Based at College Farm in Bourton-on-the-Water, you will coordinate with 3PL warehouses, hauliers and production partners to keep stock moving and deliveries on time.

You'll work with inventory coordinators to maintain accuracy across sites, track OTIF and carrier performance, and support improvement projects alongside the Head of Logistics in a fast-growing FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running a live logistics operation day to day.
• Experience working through 3PLs and external partners.
• Ability to scale and adapt in a fast-growing business.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
• Organised and able to work with limited structure.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily inbound, outbound and stock transfer plan.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL warehouses, hauliers and production partners.
• Coordinate finished goods movements into the warehouse network.
• Plan pallet network, groupage, FTL and dedicated transport.
• Monitor deliveries and manage delays and re-deliveries.
• Investigate failures, establish root cause and fix processes.
• Maintain inventory control and stock accuracy across sites.
• Oversee warehouse operations, drivers and vehicles.
• Keep logistics master data accurate in NetSuite and connected systems.
• Track OTIF and carrier performance and act on findings.
• Support improvement projects and system changes.
