CVUK is partnering with a fast‑growing consumer brands business to appoint an experienced Logistics & 3PL Manager to take ownership of warehousing, freight, carriers and inventory movement across the business.

This hands-on role requires managing external logistics partners, driving performance, and resolving issues quickly while maintaining strong working relationships. A great opportunity to own the logistics operation end‑to‑end in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 3PL, warehousing, freight or logistics experience within beauty, FMCG, consumer goods, wholesale or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with 3PL, freight and carrier partners.
• Drive performance across inbound, warehousing, pick & pack, dispatch, delivery and returns.
• Monitor and improve OTIF, inventory accuracy and service levels.
• Own stock reconciliations, cycle counts and variance investigations.
• Resolve fulfilment, transport, shortage, damage, claims and returns issues.
• Run structured 3PL performance reviews and ensure corrective actions happen.
• Monitor freight and warehousing costs, challenge invoices and identify savings.
• Support logistics planning for new brands, products, customers and launches.
• Help improve systems, processes and operational controls.
