Job summary

Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead its logistics network, optimise performance and oversee 3PL partnerships. You will drive stock accuracy, plan capacity, and partner with internal teams to deliver service excellence.

The role focusses on commissioning new warehouses, managing transitions, and delivering cost-effective logistics solutions while maintaining strong supplier relationships and customer service across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or 3PL management within FMCG or high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage warehouse commissioning/start-up or major transitions.
• Strong commercial focus with cost management and contract negotiation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with 3PL warehouse partners, set clear KPIs and ensure actions are followed.
• Manage logistics costs, storage, handling, fuel and charges while optimising utilisation and productivity.
• Oversee commissioning/start-up of warehouse operations and transitions across inbound/outbound operations.
