Job summary

Culina Group, via Stobart (part of Culina Group), seeks an Account Manager to build strong partnerships with key customers and oversee operational contracted services and SLAs. The role covers day-to-day account management across multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will monitor contract performance, coordinate with internal teams, and drive improvements in service levels, billing accuracy, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Transport & Logistics Industry.
• Vast experience within a similar or an Account Management role.
• Excellent communication skills to establish credibility and influence at all levels.
• Skilled influencer to gain commitment, consensus and support for organisational benefit.
• Customer focused and able to work well with colleagues, teams and individuals.
• Has a methodical approach to tasks to achieve planned outcomes.
• Able to form strong relationships and build networks of contacts.
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel, Access, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build effective partnerships with key customers and act as primary contact for operational services and SLAs.
• Monitor contract scope, report on routes, frequency, and pricing changes.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy for fuel surcharge and ad hoc rates.
• Maintain accurate rate cards and communicate updates to the Customer Services team.
• Forecast volumes and provide commentary by day, region and year.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts and internal teams.
• Prepare regular customer reviews and reports on performance and opportunities.
• Identify and progress new business opportunities within existing accounts.
