Job summary

Culina Group is a leading ambient and chilled food & drink 3PL specialist with substantial warehousing capacity and nationwide coverage. As a Collections Analyst, you will drive prompt conversion of outstanding balances through proactive credit control and collaboration across multiple business units.

You will provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, supporting the Order-to-Cash function, chasing payments, resolving queries and contributing to process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience managing customer accounts across multiple business units.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables and data reporting.
• Experience with ERP/finance systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Chase overdue payments via phone, email and dunning processes.
• Allocate customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Investigate unallocated cash, deductions and account queries.
• Prepare KPI reports and management commentary as required.
• Work closely with Risk, Billing, Customer Services, Transport and Commercial teams to resolve issues.
