Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Demand Planner to own the end-to-end IBP process and deliver a consensus demand plan for a Business Unit. You will collaborate with Commercial, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to align forecasts and drive inventory and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, IBP/S&OP, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with ERP/demand planning systems and advanced Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning and forecasting for the assigned Business Unit, delivering a robust consensus demand plan.
• Facilitate the monthly cross-functional IBP process, coordinating Demand Review activities across stakeholders.
• Drive forecast performance through analysis of demand trends, forecast accuracy, bias, risks and opportunities, with continuous improvement actions.
• Provide business insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making, product lifecycle management, and strategic planning.
• Act as the primary demand planning partner for the Business Unit and communicate risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
