Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead the end-to-end demand planning and IBP processes for a designated Business Unit. The role interfaces with Commercial, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to translate market insights into a single, actionable demand plan.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in forecasting and supply planning within complex, global organizations and proficient ERP/BI skills to drive continuous improvement and better customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, IBP/S&OP, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with ERP/demand planning systems experience and advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience influencing outcomes in matrixed global organizations with strong communication to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Lean, DBS, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning and forecasting for the assigned Business Unit.
• Facilitate monthly cross-functional IBP process with multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, risks, and opportunities; implement corrective actions.
• Provide business insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
• Act as primary demand planning partner, communicating risks and opportunities and ensuring governance compliance.
