Job summary

Cytiva seeks a Senior Demand Planner to drive the IBP process and deliver a consensus demand plan for the Business Unit. You will lead forecasting activities, coordinate cross‑functional Demand Review sessions, and translate market insights into actionable plans that support service, inventory, and revenue objectives.

Based at Amersham/Cardiff and on‑site, you will partner with Commercial, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, IBP/ S&OP, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP/ demand planning systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Demantra, Kinaxis or similar) and advanced Excel and Power BI Skills with the ability to develop new tools.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global organizations with the ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority and strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Lean, DBS, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end demand planning and forecasting process for the assigned Business Unit, delivering a robust consensus demand plan that supports business growth, customer service, and inventory objectives.
• Facilitate the monthly cross-functional IBP process, coordinating Demand Review activities and aligning Commercial, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance stakeholders around a single plan.
• Drive forecast performance and planning excellence through analysis of demand trends, forecast accuracy, bias, risks, and opportunities, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide business insights and scenario modelling to support decision‑making, financial alignment, product lifecycle management, and strategic planning activities within the Business Unit.
• Act as the primary demand planning partner for the Business Unit, building strong stakeholder relationships, communicating demand risks and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with IBP governance and standard work.
