Kitt is seeking a Leasing Director in London to lead our letting campaigns for flexible and traditional office spaces. You will work with landlords to shape go-to-market strategies and execute bespoke leasing solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

In this strategic, commercially focused role, you’ll manage relationships with brokers and tenants, negotiate deals, and guide pricing and positioning with our marketing colleagues to drive successful lettings across London.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding and experience of traditional leasing and flexible office industries.
• Strong network of Agents and Brokers in the London Office Market.
• Experience working on 10,000 sq ft plus deals.
• Target-driven with a track record of exceeding expectations.
• Natural communicator who builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with brokers and tenant reps to keep Kitt top of mind.
• Promote buildings in London through a strong network.
• Conduct tenant viewings with business leaders from HR to CEO.
• Create and present tailored proposals with floor plans and projected costs.
• Lead deal negotiations for landlord partners with tenants and their agents.
• Agree terms before handing over to Real Estate Advisory for legal and delivery."
• Maintain CRM (HubSpot) up to date for visibility and forecasting.
• Lead landlords on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies with marketing.
• Monitor market availability, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
