GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists is seeking a Leasing Director in London. You will lead leasing campaigns across our 15+ office sites, working with internal and delivery teams to meet tenant and landlord needs.

The role focuses on building relationships with brokers and tenant reps, promoting buildings through your network, and conducting tenant viewings with business leaders from HR to CEO. London-based, ambitious and target-driven candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong network of Agents and Brokers in the London Office Market.
• Experience working on 11,000 sq ft plus deals.

Leading Commercial Office Provider - 15+ sites across London - Leasing Director - London - £75,000 - £85,000 Basic - £150,000+ OTE

A new & exciting opportunity has arisen with my client who needs a strong understanding + experience of both the traditional leasing and flexible office industries

You'll be working with both Internal team & the delivery teams in working on bespoke campaigns to satisfy each of the many tenants & landlords

Key Responsibilities:

• Always champion their buildings in London by actively promoting them through your strong network and deep network
