Job summary

Airbus Belfast Limited is seeking a Learning Business Partner to deliver training across the business, acting as the focal point for assigned units to deploy yearly learning plans in production areas, ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery. This role will support the wider HR and Resourcing team, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding and initial training of new staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Training or Learning Coordinator role.
• HNC or relevant professional qualification.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, automation, and reporting tools.
• Experience designing and delivering training sessions and events.
• Experience procuring and vetting external training providers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain).
• Gather learning needs and priorities, understanding constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment with stakeholders.
• Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor learning plans and anticipate challenges.
• Act as a focal point for the business answering learning questions and linking with central learning team.
• Regular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating future learning needs.
• Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the Learning team with data analysis, challenges and risks, and proposed solutions.
• Anticipate deployment risks and implement actions to resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the business.
• Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally with central learning team.
• Prepare and run Welcome Events, ensuring an effective onboarding experience.
• Facilitate ongoing training needs analysis across business functions.
