• Finding learners and bringing them in, getting them ready and ensuring they land well on day one of their learning journey.
• Developing and maximising local referral partnerships to fund contracts with fully compliant information, advice and guidance (IAG) and learning readiness.
• Supporting progression and re-engagement post course completion to capture further learning opportunities and destination outcomes.
