Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to drive blended training solutions in support of the Royal Navy Training Design Service. Based at HMS Collingwood, Fareham, the role focuses on developing staff capabilities, coaching leaders, and delivering impactful development programs.

You will coordinate workshops, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with contractual requirements and future capability needs.
