Job summary

British Red Cross is seeking a Learning and Development Manager (Leadership and Management) in London. This role combines strategic design with hands-on delivery, shaping leadership programmes and ensuring they align with our Leadership Framework.

You will work across the organisation to diagnose needs, build capabilities and evaluate impact. You will consult with stakeholders, design inclusive learning solutions, and deliver engaging sessions both virtually and in person, supporting a culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, delivering and evaluating leadership development programmes.
• Ability to diagnose learning needs using data and stakeholder input.
• Experience running blended learning (face-to-face and virtual) with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously improve leadership development programmes to build executive capability.
• Diagnose learning needs with data sources and stakeholder collaboration.
• End-to-end delivery from scoping to design, delivery and evaluation with timelines and risks managed.
• Design learning solutions to meet business and learner needs across the organisation.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, in person and online.
• Evaluate impact and inform continuous improvement through data and feedback.
