Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Executive Communications Manager to shape leadership narratives and deliver clear, credible messaging for the UK&I leadership team, including our Regional Managing Partner and Deputy Regional Managing Partner. This role is writing and advisory focused, collaborating with leaders and experts across the business.

You will craft speeches, scripts, emails and briefings for internal and external events, ensuring tone is personal to each leader and consistent across channels,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering senior leadership communications across internal and external audiences.
• Experience writing speeches for senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and a high standard of written work.
• Experience in professional services or another large, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Narrative Development & Written Craft: Develop clear leadership narratives with strong points of view, supported by data and insight.
• Partner Communications & Engagement: Provide Partners with timely information about strategy, performance and priorities; prepare briefing packs and talking points.
• Insight, Judgement & Advisory: Advise senior leaders with clear recommendations and constructive challenge; ensure alignment across channels.
• Team collaboration & delivery: Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture and deliver high-quality work at pace.
