Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is recruiting a Director of Tenant Services for a Norfolk-based social housing provider. Based at South Norfolk head office with flexible hybrid working and a DBS check, you will set strategy for Tenant Services, oversee three heads, and drive transformation with tenant insight and strong governance.

You'll lead regulatory compliance, service-charges, and embed a culture of accountability, value for money, and compassionate leadership across the directorate.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience in housing or regulated, customer-facing environments.
• Deep knowledge of housing regulation and Consumer Standards.
• Experience working with Boards/Executive Teams providing assurance and challenge.
• Strong financial and service-charge governance experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set a clear, ambitious direction for Tenant Services aligned to social purpose.
• Drive performance, value for money and service improvement using data and tenant insight.
• Provide assurance to Executive Team and Board on regulatory compliance, risk and governance.
• Oversee safeguarding, ASB, domestic abuse, tenancy fraud and sustainment with learning from complaints.
• Develop fair, transparent, sustainable service charge model with Housing, Assets and Finance.
• Build an accountable leadership team and develop talent and succession.
