Job summary

EDF Trading Ltd in the UK seeks an experienced technology leader to define and deliver the strategy, operation and evolution of technology services supporting corporate and control functions across Finance, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting and more.

You will own the enterprise technology roadmap, lead digital enablement through low-code, reporting, workflow automation and responsible AI, and ensure reliable delivery with strong architecture and controls.

Qualifications

Leadership in enterprise technology within a regulated organisation.
Ownership of tech portfolios across finance, risk, treasury or corporate functions.
Delivery of multi-year transformation and modernisation programs.
Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Executive stakeholder management with budgeting accountability.
Experience managing operational risk and regulatory commitments.

Responsibilities

Set and execute the enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
Own the portfolio of technology products and services across finance, treasury, risk and regulatory reporting.
Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to translate strategy into technology outcomes.
Lead Enterprise Support and Digital Enablement for effective delivery and adoption.
Govern demand, prioritisation, budgets, suppliers, and benefits realisation across the portfolio.
Ensure solutions comply with architecture, cybersecurity, data governance and controls.
Drive simplification and modernisation of the application estate and reduce cost.
Establish outcome-based performance measures for value, reliability and health.
Develop high-performing teams with succession planning and inclusive culture.
Represent the domain at governance forums with transparent decisions.
