EDF Trading Limited in London is seeking a Senior Head of Enterprise Technology to lead the strategy, delivery, operation and evolution of technology services across Finance, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting and related functions.

The role requires building high-performing teams, partnering with senior business leaders, and delivering a sustainable delivery model while driving modernisation through low-code, automation and AI enablement in a fast-changing energy market.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in enterprise technology within a regulated organisation.
• Ownership of business-critical technology portfolios spanning finance, risk, treasury or regulatory reporting.
• Delivery of multi-year transformation and modernisation programs involving legacy platforms and data.
• Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, analysis and supplier organisations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, budgeting, prioritisation and benefits realisation.
• Experience managing operational risk, audit actions and regulatory commitments.

Aufgaben

• Set and execute the enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities and architecture standards.
• Own the portfolio of technology products and services for Finance, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting and more.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders translating strategy into technology outcomes.
• Lead Enterprise Support and Digital Enablement with operational readiness and adoption measures.
• Govern demand, prioritisation, capacity, budgets, suppliers and benefits realisation across the portfolio.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance and SDLC controls.
• Drive simplification and modernisation of the application estate to reduce cost and tech debt.
• Establish outcome-based performance measures for value delivery, reliability and customer experience.
• Develop high-performing teams with clear accountability and inclusive culture.
• Represent the domain at governance forums with transparent decisions.
