Job summary

EDF Trading North America, LLC seeks a senior data leader to own the enterprise data strategy, governance, and platform capabilities. You will oversee data product management, market data systems, and drive data literacy across trading, risk, finance and operations.

The role focuses on trusted data, AI enablement and scalable analytics within a global business. You will lead cross‑functional teams, define roadmaps, ensure data quality and security, and collaborate with executives to realise

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across enterprise data, data governance, analytics or data product management.
• Delivery of enterprise‑scale data platforms and operating models in complex environments.
• Experience with vendor and commercial management for data platforms and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, target architecture and multi‑year roadmap.
• Lead data product management, market data systems and data governance as an integrated capability.
• Establish ownership for critical data domains with quality requirements and lifecycle plans.
• Prioritise investment across ingestion, streaming, APIs, warehousing and analytics.
• Embed metadata, lineage, data quality and access controls in platforms and delivery practices.
• Build partnerships to turn business needs into reusable data products.
• Own market data capability including distribution, entitlements and cost management.
• Enable data science and AI with trusted training data and governance.
• Set measures for data reliability, quality and value realization.
• Develop senior leaders and balance standards with federated accountability.
