Job summary

Angus Carers Centre is seeking a strategic Head of Services and Operations to translate ambition into impactful delivery for unpaid carers across Angus. You will lead and develop services, drive collaboration with partners, and ensure the organisation remains resilient and responsive to evolving needs.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in the third sector or health and social care, and a commitment to placing carers at the heart of all decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure services are safe, effective, person-centred and responsive to carers' changing needs.
• Support and develop staff and volunteers, strengthen organisational performance and sustainability.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical leadership to deliver long-term ambitions and day-to-day excellence.
