Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Project Planner in Stafford, UK, to own planning and schedule control across complex EPC/turnkey projects in the electrical transmission sector. You will develop detailed schedules, maintain baselines, analyze performance, and present clear schedule information to support strategic decisions within a hybrid, permanent position.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering, project management or another relevant discipline.
• Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience in EPC/turnkey projects in the electrical transmission sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and establish baselines with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project schedules and resource forecasts throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify blockers and work with teams to mitigate them and recover delays.
• Provide schedule information to support decision-making and escalation.
• Coordinate interfaces with customers, partners and third parties.
