Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Head of Nursing & Multidisciplinary Education. The role supports the Deputy Director of Nursing, taking the lead for nursing education, learning and development, and overseeing budgets related to NMET and student placements.

You will lead practice development to meet the Trust's Education Plan, manage the Practice Development Team, and participate in disciplinary and PSIRF/LFPSE processes.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse Adult with MSc or working towards masters level.
• Teaching qualification ENB 998 or City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Demonstrates professional updating of knowledge in past two years.
• Management/Leadership training or courses.

Mansioni

• Lead nursing education and multidisciplinary education initiatives.
• Manage the Practice Development Team including recruitment, PDRs and CPD.
• Advise Deputy Director on educational issues impacting local and national education.
• Lead the implementation of the Education Plan for the Trust.
