UHCW NHS Trust is seeking an Associate Director of Nursing, Education and Research to lead undergraduate and postgraduate non-medical education programmes and to drive curriculum development in partnership with HEI providers. Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of undergraduate and postgraduate non-medical education programmes for the Trust
• Lead on curriculum development for the Trust in partnership with HEI providers
• Lead the Practice Educators and Practice Development Team
• Contribute to workforce planning to ensure training/student placement numbers reflect organisational requirements
• Maintain standards in non-medical education
• Provide assurance in relation to educational provision (NMC, HCPC, NHSE)
• Support strategic workforce planning and development with system partners
• Collaborate with international education providers for shared learning and collaboration
• Oversee non-medical prescribing from funding to approval to practice
• Coordinate training plans based on workforce requirements and CPD funds
• Develop relationships with HEIs to facilitate opportunities for shared learning
• Monitor funding for all education programmes
• Lead contribution to Centre for Care Excellence and iCAhRE model for non-medical research
• Provide professional advice and support groups and agencies
• Analyse complex data to inform strategic direction of nursing and midwifery services
• Provide clinical support to GDNAs to support service development
• Utilise information systems to produce timely data and reports
• Ensure patient and public involvement is integrated into education and research
• Deputise for the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer when required
• Participate in senior manager on-call rota after 6 months
