NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board seeks a Senior Strategy Lead to drive strategic projects and cross‑system change. You will bring together evidence, policy and diverse perspectives to shape strategy and support system-wide transformation.

You will work with colleagues across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, interpret national policy locally, and lead complex initiatives with senior decision-makers, partnering with service providers and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Educated to postgraduate Masters level in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare management, public policy, organisational development) or able to demonstrate equivalent specialist knowledge gained through extensive experience.
• Familiarity with requirements to involve, engage and consult the public.
• Post-graduate qualification in healthcare management, or evidence of equivalent continuing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex strategic work using evidence across population health, services, workforce, activity, demand, performance and finance.
• Interpret national policy and its local implications, coordinating work across boundaries to align strategies and programmes.
• Provide programme and project management support to ensure timely delivery and impact.
• Build strong relationships with senior colleagues and partners and influence cross‑organisational change.
