Job summary

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager for Acute and Specialised Care to lead strategic commissioning, redesign and change programmes across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The role will drive procurement, contract management and service development, with a focus on improving quality and access for our population.

You will analyse data, engage stakeholders and lead on delivering commissioning activities throughout the full cycle,

Qualifications

• Masters level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Programme/ project management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a similar NHS commissioning/ redesign role.
• Experience in designing, commissioning and procuring services, and managing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and intelligence to inform commissioning projects and drive best value and outcomes.
• Lead on procurement, market and contract management, service development and redesign.
• Develop and deliver commissioning activities across the full commissioning cycle.
• Lead on change, performance improvement and stakeholder engagement.
