NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Strategic Lead for Acute and Specialised Care to steer strategic commissioning, redesign and change programmes across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. You will lead procurement, market shaping and contract management with a focus on value for money and innovative service design.

You will use strong analytical skills to forecast needs, allocate resources, and influence senior stakeholders in a multi-agency environment.

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification in a relevant subject.
• Programme/ project management qualification.
• Extensive senior-level experience in acute and specialised care.
• Experience designing and commissioning healthcare services within budgets.
• Experience negotiating contracts and procurement processes.

Responsabilités
