Job summary

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager for Acute and Specialised Care to lead strategic commissioning, redesign and change programmes across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

You will analyse data, develop commissioning activities through the full cycle, and drive procurement, market management and contract oversight to deliver improved outcomes and value for our population.

Qualifications

• Educated to Masters level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification.
• Programme/ project management qualification, or equivalent level experience.
• Experience of working in a similar role with the NHS.
• Experience of leading service development, redesign and change across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to inform commissioning projects and ensure best value.
• Lead procurement, market and contract management activities.
• Develop and deliver commissioning cycle activities and service redesign.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction across organisations.
