Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking a Head of Construction to lead modular project delivery across England and Wales from a Staffordshire base. You will drive operational performance, safety, and quality on multiple live sites, with line management of Contracts Managers and Site Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior contracts management, operations, or construction leadership.
• Strong modular/off-site construction background in project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects across varied locations.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of modular construction and refurbishment projects across England and Wales.
• Manage a team of Contracts Managers and oversight of Site Managers on multiple live projects.
• Coordinate project programmes and delivery schedules with Sales.
• Oversee installations, terminations, dismantling, relocations and refurbishment activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to quality standards.
• Support operational planning and resource allocation across a varied portfolio.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide leadership and direction for operations, supported by an established Production Manager.
