Job summary

CSG Talent is recruiting for 2 Project Manager roles in Modular Buildings to work across the UK. You will oversee projects from £5m to £45m and lead a team of Site Managers to deliver on time and to budget.

Candidates should have proven experience in Project Management, Contract Management or Site Management within modular/off-site construction; health sector exposure is a plus. Excellent leadership and hands-on site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within modular buildings.
• Experience in contract management or site management is desirable.
• Experience across the UK and in health, education or commercial sectors is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects ranging from £5,000,000 to £45,000,000.
• Manage a team of site managers and oversee delivery to programme and budget.
• Focus on health and safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
