Job summary

CGI Group Inc. in the UK is seeking a Manager, Consulting Delivery specialised in Major Incident Management and Problem Management. You will shape service delivery across MIM and PM, lead a team of CGI Partners, and build trusted relationships with senior clients and partners.

The role is hybrid, ideally based near Waterton, Bridgend, and offers a path to influence strategy within CGI. You will drive outcomes with a focus on service quality, efficiency, and continual improvement, while balancing

Qualifications

• Extensive IT service delivery leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Major Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own Major Incident and Problem Management delivery, driving service quality and continual service improvement.
• Develop trusted senior client relationships with VPs, Directors and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in service delivery.
• Ensure engagements meet time, budget, quality and client satisfaction objectives while managing risks and issues.
• Lead recruitment, resource planning, performance, coaching and career development for CGI Partners.
