Job summary

CGI is recruiting a Senior Service Delivery Manager to shape the success of a major transformation programme. You will drive service excellence, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure services evolve to meet changing business needs.

This hybrid role is based primarily at the client site in Belfast (2–3 days per week) with occasional travel to CGI Belfast and home working. UK Security Clearance or eligibility is required.

• Proven experience leading service delivery for large transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to build and sustain client partnerships.
• Experience working in or with public sector environments and security clearances.
