This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Slough’s SEND improvement journey. You will work with schools, families, health, social care and community partners to strengthen inclusive practice, improve early intervention and help rebuild trust in services that matter deeply to local residents.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1 April, subject to six months’ service and satisfactory performance, until the maximum spinal column point is reached.
