Job summary

Your World Recruitment Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a Head of Elective Access for a 3-6 month interim role. Hybrid work arrangement (office 2 days from home) supports delivery of national waiting time targets via cross-functional collaboration with Divisional and Corporate teams.

You will lead monitoring, reporting, and improvement initiatives for Cancer, 18 weeks, diagnostics, elective care, and cancelled operations, ensuring governance and performance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Extensive NHS Senior Management experience in an Acute hospital.
• Proven ability to manage resources effectively.
• Performance management knowledge and drive for results.
• Leadership and motivational skills for multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of national targets and report to the Trust Board and executives.
• Develop robust monitoring and PTL systems to meet 18-week RTT and diagnostic targets.
• Lead performance reviews to ensure delivery of access targets and improve services.
• Ensure data reporting and clear accountability across divisions.
