• The post holder will work collaboratively with Divisional Management Teams, Corporate Teams and the Trust Executive to provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Trust's access and waiting-time performance.
• The post holder will be accountable for supporting the delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of elective access performance across the organisation.
